What it does

A plain HTTP version of this site’s cost calculator. GET /api/cost takes requests per month plus input and output tokens and returns every comparable API cheapest first, each with its formula, rate, price date and source URL, and lists the APIs whose price can’t be compared with the reason. Query endpoints /api/tools, /api/apis and /api/search filter the same data, and static files /data/pricing.json, /data/apis.json and /data/agent-tools.json carry everything for offline use. The OpenAPI spec is at /openapi.json. This is our own tool.

Watch out

  • Do not treat it as neutral. This is our own tool; check the vendor’s pricing page (source_url) before a purchase decision.
  • Do not expect free-tier deductions. Costs are list prices before free allowances and taxes.
  • Do not poll it for every request. Cache results, or download /data/pricing.json once, since the whole account shares a 100,000 requests/day free-plan cap for Functions.
  • Do not build commercial products on the data yet. No license or terms of use have been published.

FAQ

Does the AgentAPIList cost API need a key?

No. It is free and keyless. There is no app-level rate limit; the Cloudflare free plan caps the account at 100,000 Functions and Workers requests per day, and the static /data files don’t count.

What does /api/cost return?

Monthly cost per comparable API, cheapest first, with formula, rate, price_date, source_url and free-tier notes, plus not_comparable APIs with reasons.

Is the data licensed for reuse?

No license or terms of use have been published yet, so reuse terms are not stated.
